This agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between Science Tutor Edge (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“Client” or “you”) regarding your use of our online tutoring services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
1. Scope of Services
We provide online tutoring services for high school students in the subjects of biology, chemistry, and physics. Our services include live sessions, access to educational materials, and Q&A support. We do not provide services for in-person labs or guarantee specific grades or exam results.
2. Registration and Eligibility
Our services are intended for high school students. Clients who are minors must be registered by a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to reject any application from a minor who attempts to register without proper parental consent. By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment: Fees for our services are outlined on our website. All payments are processed automatically on a monthly basis.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to your topics until that time.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any partially used subscription periods.
No-Shows & Late Cancellations: A full session fee may be charged for any missed session or any cancellation made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will meet your expectations or that they will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
5. Limitation of Liabilitys
In no event shall Science Tutor Edge be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services.
6. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert State/Province], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
